1 Definitions and Applicability

The meanings of the following terms used in these terms and conditions are provided below:

• "Platform" refers to the gbajrr website, mobile application and related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who owns a registered account on gbajrr.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on gbajrr: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally added to the wallet within a few minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to fund withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

4 Bonus and Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 and the bonus will be ৳8,000 (maximum limit) — total balance will be ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means you must wager an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 25 before a withdrawal is possible. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit — once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Terms and conditions for promotional offers may apply separately.
• If evidence of any form of bonus abuse is found, gbajrr reserves the right to cancel the account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

gbajrr's VIP program has a total of 5 levels. Weekly cashback on wagers is provided at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on activity on the platform. Specific benefits apply to each level and may change from time to time.

6 Prohibited Activities and Responsible Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajrr platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Exploiting the bonus or promotion system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Using third-party software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Attempting to interfere with other members' accounts.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, gbajrr may take the following actions at any time without prior notice:

• Temporary suspension of the account.
• Permanent closure of the account.
• Holding suspicious transactions and notifying the relevant authorities.
• Forfeiture of bonuses or winnings.

7 Game and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Settlement

The outcome of all games is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer. No complaints will be accepted after results have been settled.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, disconnection or any other technical issue, gbajrr will endeavor to provide the best possible resolution within its capabilities. However, gbajrr will not be liable for such circumstances.

7.3 Betting Limits

• Unauthorized use of gbajrr's trademarks or brand name is prohibited.

13 Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

gbajrr reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
